The headquarter of Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze Fuondation is located within a prestigious area inside Florence’s historical centre characterised by elegant Renaissance buildings.
The assignment included a coordinated set of interventions aimed at redeveloping the Foundation’s building, both externally –  re-styling of the façades, improvement of the technical and energy performance of the façades and roofing, rearrangement of the appurtenant areas – and internally – new and more functional distribution of the spaces, adaptation of the electrical and mechanical systems to comply with the current law, removal of architectural barriers.
Thanks to the redesign of the façades using materials and colours inspires by traditional Florentine architecture, the the building has adopted a fresh appearance that complements the surrounding context.
