New Healthcare Facility

The new Socio-Sanitary District, in the town centre of Dicomano, is used as a multi-purpose facility and provides primary care, guarantees continuity of care in addition to prevention activities, and will therefore assume a pivotal role in the urban area of Dicomano and its surroundings.
The design was drawn up assuming as a priority the criteria of green building, sustainable processes and sustainable use of resources. The project was supplemented by a bioclimatic study aimed at maximising the benefits of energy saving, in particular on the basis of orientation, shading, exposure and the contribution of the various technological equipment.
