The La Reggia Designer Outlet is located in Marcianise, about 3 km from Caserta and 20 km from Naples. It is inspired by Mediterranean architecture characterised by neoclassical forms and decorations, with the sole exception of the main entrance on the north side and the central internal squares, which are a reference to local Bourbon architecture.

The Designer Outlet consists of 143 units, 6 restaurants, some craft activities, an information office and services for the public as well as a covered play area equipped for children.

The Centre is the first eco-village in Europe with a photovoltaic system covering 30% of the energy required, producing 268,200 kWh of green energy as well as saving 180,000 kg of carbon dioxide each year.
