Architectural and system design, H&S services, construction supervision, assistance to project management and coordination of the rehabilitation intervention of the Sant’Ambroeus Restarant in Milan.

After having achieved a great success across the Atlantic with several restaurants and coffee bars, the Sant’Ambroeus Restaurant reopened its doors where everything started in 1936.

Once the most famous bakery in the city, the Milanese location has been completely renovated keeping intact the original glamour.

The main interventions involved architectural, structural and system engineering work on the building as a whole:

  • basement floor: production and toilet facilities
  • ground floor: commercial spaces, bar and restaurant area, kitchens and toilet facilities;
  • first floor: restaurant area and toilet facilities.
