Florentia Village

ISTANBUL | TÜRKIYE

Masterplan Master plan, concept, and detailed design of the new outlet village, including green areas and a parking lot with over 2,000 spaces.

A new commercial landmark is taking shape on the outskirts of Istanbul, where architecture, retail, and atmosphere merge into a refined and immersive experience. The project unfolds as a sequence of open-air spaces, plazas, and pedestrian pathways, reinterpreting Mediterranean traditions through a contemporary lens. Urban views, elegant architectural backdrops, and materials that reflect the local light and colors enrich the setting.
The architecture plays with contrasts—alternating volumes, facades adorned with arches, golden vertical elements, and warm, natural tones—creating an environment that is both iconic and inviting. Lush green areas, generous seating, shaded canopies, and a strong focus on the quality of public space make this a destination designed for leisure, shopping, and social connection.
Strategically located and easily accessible by both private and public transport, the complex benefits from excellent road and subway links. Just a short drive from Istanbul’s new international airport, it positions itself as a distinctive and internationally appealing retail destination.
