The project for the Iron and Steel Park and Museum is part of the public works programme included in the Sustainable Urban Development Funding (PIUSS), following the restoration of the former Siviere building.
The theme park covers a total area of 48,000 sqm, with linear development along the North-South axis of the Città Futura area. It is an open-air extension of the iron and steel museum housed in the former Siviere building, which was also designed by the working group in such a way as to link the traditional fuctions of exhibition, documentation, archiving with further museal, documentation and educational functions, to be performed in the context of the public park.
