In the last few decades, the term culture has become pivotal for the economic, social and human development of a territory. The so called cultural industries are able to mobilize a large amount of capitals, also thanks to the widespread use of new technologies.

HYDEA’s well renowned experience in cultural heritage has allowed the company to expand its areas of intervention to cultural tourism and culture more in general.

Among the noteworthy projects concerning the elaboration of a strategy to the develop, we can list the UNESCO site of Hampi in India, assigned by the government of the state of Karnataka, and the management – with other international partners – of the ENPI East Culture Partnership programme in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, financed by the European Commission, with the aim of promoting culture as a vehicle for dialogue and democratisation.
