“Collegio Alla Querce” Hotel
FLORENCE| ITALY
MEP, acoustic, and fire prevention design (concept and final). Administrative procedures, preparation of the tender documentation, works supervision, health & safety services.
Nestled in the picturesque hills north of Florence, on the slopes of Fiesole, Alla Querce is a historic landmark with deep cultural roots. Originally built in the 15th century and later expanded by the Barnabites, it has been designated as a Building and Park of Historical and Artistic Interest.
The restoration project transformed this former Barnabite boarding school into an elegant luxury hotel, offering 80 refined rooms and suites.
The estate boasts a variety of refined common areas, including a church, a theatre, a spa, an exhibition space, event rooms, and multiple dining venues.
Beyond its interiors, the project also included the creation of modern underground service areas and the meticulous restoration of two historic gardens.
These lush spaces now feature a swimming pool, an event area, a decorative vegetable garden, and a private parking facility.
Today, Alla Querce is part of the esteemed Auberge Resorts Collection, a prestigious group celebrated for its portfolio of exceptional luxury residences worldwide.
