A further 1,300 sqm of existing fa\u00e7ades have been re-plastered and repainted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"780\">Beyond the fa\u00e7ades, the public realm along the centre\u2019s streets has been entirely refreshed, with an emphasis on creating generous green areas within the central planters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1050\">In total, 4,100 sqm of piazzas and pedestrian routes have been upgraded with new paving and landscaped areas. New mature trees have been planted, along with rich compositions of shrubs, grasses and flowers, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1252\">To improve comfort during the summer months, a new shading system has been installed, comprising four pergolas and seven Gennius Kheope retractable awnings, covering a total area of 800 sqm.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1454\">The lighting scheme has also been significantly enhanced, with a new system for the landscaped areas and soft ambient lighting integrated into the benches, completing the centre\u2019s refreshed aesthetic.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1643\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">As a final touch, to offer visitors an even more welcoming experience, a new 350 sqm Guest Lounge has been created\u2014conceived as a modern, comfortable space for relaxation and hospitality.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>23 years after the opening of Castel Romano Designer Outlet, we have completed the first phase of the shopping center&#8217;s restyling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":15804,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[279,153],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
