The feasibility study aimed at providing a detailed framework and methodology for the development of the site addressing well-identified areas of intervention. The development of Great Zimbabwe was meant to transform the site into a strong socio-economic catalyst not only for the province of Masvingo and the Country in general, but also at the regional level. Its success as an attractive tourism destination will also depend on ensuring that appropriate mechanisms for governance, management, community consultation, and infrastructure development are properly designed and implemented.<\/p>\n<\/div>
