Vancouver Designer Outlet

VANCOUVER | CANADA

Feasibility studies, master plan and architectural design of the shopping centre, from early concept stage to final design, assistance during the construction phase (architectural works).

Vancouver Designer Outlet is located near the International Airport, 30 minutes from central Vancouver via the Canada Line, and just 10 minutes from Richmond’s city centre.
The architectural design is reminiscent of Vancouver’s iconic architecture and the style of the buildings found in western Canada, yet it is also reminiscent of European architecture.
The extensive use of traditional construction materials, including painted wood elements, local stone, brick veneer, etc. activates a sense of gratification in the visitors, who can enjoy the premises by strolling through the quaint shopping village with its tree-lined streets, a dancing fountain, luxury plazas, adventure play areas and more.
Stages 1 and 2 include 29,000 sqm of shops, 13,000 sqm of high-quality malls and 1,200 parking places.
