Parndorf Designer Outlet

PARNDORF | AUSTRIA

Phase 5 architectural concept design, phase 1 restyling and assistance with the supervision of phases 3 and 4.

In association with Kroh & Partners, Architects.

The project involved the expansion of the existing Parndorf Designer Outlet with the implementation of phase 5.
Phase 5 entailed the construction of new buildings of various dimensions for commercial use, pedestrian streets and squares. It was developed in the space previously occupied by one of the car parks, which served the completed phases.
HYDEA produced the architectural concept design and has overseen the entire project, realising the design of the elliptical square, an element characterizing the entire complex.
Additional undertakings by HYDEA include the design and construction management of the external structures (landscaping) associated with phases 3 and 4, as well as the architectural restyling of phase 1, whose architectural design was no longer in harmony with the subsequent phases.
