Among the works listed in Metropolitan City’s Urban Plan for Sustainable Mobility, the Municipality of Florence has identified, through a special resolution, as a priority activity the design of an underground car park in Piazza del Cestello with the related redevelopment of the square.
Hydea was awarded the technical and economic feasibility design, which will comply to the indications of the Soprintendenza Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio of Florence. In order to meet the need to minimise the footprint of the parking access and exit ramps, a mechanised multi-storey parking solution will be adopted.
